Foundation Work Commences
The construction team has begun pouring the foundation for the new main tower. This critical phase will continue over the next three months, laying the groundwork for the 10-story structure.
Site Clearing and Preparation
Initial site clearing has been completed. Utility lines are currently being relocated to accommodate the new footprint. Traffic rerouting around the main campus is now in effect.
Design Development Finalized
The architectural team has completed the design development phase. Detailed renderings of the exterior facade and interior public spaces have been approved by the board.
General Contractor Selected
After a rigorous selection process, the joint venture team has been awarded the construction management contract. Pre-construction planning is now underway.
